By accessing or using Clipi (clipi.video), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Clipi provides online video downloading and media processing tools, including format conversion, compression, audio extraction, GIF creation, thumbnail generation, and image cropping. The service is provided free of charge with usage limits that vary by account type.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Clipi only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to download copyrighted content without authorization, violate any applicable laws, attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures, or use automated systems to abuse the service. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to download and use any content accessed through Clipi.
4. Content Responsibility
Clipi does not host, store, or distribute video content. We act as a technical tool that processes publicly available URLs. We are not responsible for the content you access or download. Users must comply with copyright laws and the terms of service of the platforms they download from.
5. Accounts & API Keys
Accounts are created via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
6. Service Limitations
Clipi is provided on an 'as available' basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, download speed, or availability of specific features. Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Clipi is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that downloaded content will be free of defects. Your use of the service is at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Clipi after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
